Some of you may remember my post "What's In a Hoop" about my all time favorite hoop! Well COSMO has came out with a new hoop! Or new to me anyway. Here is a link to purchase it. I couldn't find a site for COSMO products.
It has a spring metal piece that goes on the underside of the inside hoop instead of on the top of the outside hoop.
